Samantha Tai Yit Chan is a Fellow Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and has over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.

Samantha has provided extensive in-house training for directors of public listed companies (“PLCs”) and is a regular speaker for seminars organized by MAICSA, SSM, Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance, Federation of Public Listed Companies, Malaysian Institute of Accountants, SIDC, Bursa Malaysia and other professional bodies/organizations.

She has extensive experience in corporate secretarial requirements and provides advisory services including due diligence reviews for corporate restructuring and related services such as IPOs, governance-related advisory. Samantha Tai is also a Board member of MIRA.
